Yes, our crystal bracelets are designed for daily wear. However, for longevity and energy maintenance, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or doing vigorous physical activity.

You can gently cleanse your bracelet using one of the following methods:

• Leave it under moonlight overnight
• Use a selenite charging plate
• Gently rinse with clean water and pat dry (for non-water-sensitive stones only)

It depends on the crystal. Some stones like amethyst and rose quartz are water-safe in brief exposure, while others like selenite or malachite may degrade. As a general rule, avoid prolonged contact with water.

Store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box, away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Keeping it with a cleansing crystal like selenite helps maintain its energy.
